The following
procedures outlined how to add a New E-mail Account to Microsoft Outlook
2003:
- Open your Microsoft Outlook.
- On the Tools menu, select "E-mail Accounts".
- Select "Add a new e-mail account",
and click Next.
- Select POP3, and then click Next.
- Fill in all the information as required:

Notes:
- Replace <yourdomain.com> with your actual domain name.
- Do Not enable "Log on using Secure Password Authentication
(SPA).
- Click on "More Settings" button
to continue.

- Enable "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires
authentication.
- Select Use same settings as my incoming mail
server.
- Click "OK" to continue.
- Click "Next" to finish the setup.
- Your email account is now configured properly
on your Microsoft Outlook.
