Up to 50% of your AI & ERP project, funded by Singapore.
The Enterprise Development Grant (EDG) co-funds custom transformation projects — the kind of ERP, AI and custom software work we deliver. We'll confirm whether your project qualifies, and run the application end-to-end.
Three steps. We handle the paperwork.
- 01
Check eligibility
Talk to us about your project and we'll confirm whether it qualifies for EDG, and whether your company meets the criteria — on a short call.
- 02
We file
We prepare the EDG application, business case and supporting documents — and manage the submission through to approval, typically within 8–12 weeks.
- 03
We deliver
Project kicks off the moment funding is committed. Grant disbursement happens against milestones we both sign off.
Who qualifies for the Enterprise Development Grant.
The EDG, administered by Enterprise Singapore, co-funds projects that help businesses upgrade, innovate or expand. To apply, your company needs to meet three core criteria.
Registered and operating in Singapore
Your business must be a registered legal entity, physically present and operating in Singapore.
At least 30% local shareholding
The company must be at least 30% owned by Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents.
Financially viable to complete the project
You should be in a financially stable position to start and see the project through to completion.
What EDG can fund.
EDG projects fall under three pillars. ERP, AI and custom software work usually sits under Core Capabilities or Innovation & Productivity.
Supportable costs typically include third-party consultancy, software, equipment and certain internal manpower — funding up to 50% for SMEs (subject to assessment).
Core Capabilities
Projects that strengthen business foundations — strategy, financial management, operations, and the systems that run them, like a new ERP.
Innovation & Productivity
Projects that improve efficiency or explore new areas of growth — process automation, AI deployments, and custom software that lifts output.
Market Access
Projects that help you take products or services overseas — useful when your software and operations need to scale across the region.
Eligibility criteria, support levels and supportable costs are set by Enterprise Singapore and may change. We confirm the current details and assess your specific project on the qualifying call.
Not sure if you qualify?
Send us a one-paragraph description of your project. We'll respond in one business day with whether it qualifies for EDG, whether you meet the criteria, a likely funding band, and what the application needs from your side.
