An accounting and corporate-services firm ran client records, CRM, project tracking, HR and service contracts across separate tools, and handled filings and invoicing by hand. We built a custom, cloud-based ERP — multi-company and multi-currency — integrated with ACRA, IRAS and PEPPOL e-invoicing.
Client records lived in one system, the sales pipeline in another, project tracking in spreadsheets, HR in a third tool, and service contracts in email. Corporate-services work — incorporations, annual filings and renewals — was tracked by hand, reports were compiled manually, and invoicing wasn't connected to the national e-invoicing network.
We built a custom, cloud-based ERP for the firm with modules for client management, CRM, project management, HR management and service contract management — multi-company and multi-currency by design. It automates corporate-services workflows and report generation, and integrates directly with ACRA, IRAS and PEPPOL e-invoicing so filings and invoices flow without re-keying.
Eight functions now run on one cloud platform across multiple entities and currencies. Manual corporate-services admin fell about 65%. Every invoice goes out through PEPPOL, filings sync with ACRA and IRAS, and contract renewals are tracked automatically instead of slipping through email.
We had a tool for everything and a single view of nothing. Now client work, contracts and compliance all live in one system.
