End-to-end event operations: users, events, contacts, registration and attendance in one system.
An events organiser juggled registrations, contacts and on-site attendance across multiple disconnected tools. We built an Event Management System (EMS) covering user, event, contact, registration and attendance management.
Registrations came in through one tool, contacts lived in another, and attendance was taken on paper or spreadsheets. Data never reconciled, follow-ups were slow, and each event meant re-doing the same manual setup.
We built an Event Management System with five modules — user management, event management, contact management, registration management and attendance management — so the whole event lifecycle runs on one shared record from sign-up to check-in.
Manual registration handling dropped 70%. Attendance is tracked in real time at the door. Contacts and registrations finally reconcile, so post-event follow-up happens in hours, not weeks.
Every event used to start from scratch. Now it's one system, one dataset, from registration to the door.

From 40 hours/week of manual document processing to 4 — across 14 document types.
A freight forwarder was processing bills of lading, packing lists, commercial invoices and customs declarations manually. AP, ops and customs staff spent a combined 40 hours/week on data entry. We built a document AI pipeline integrated with their TMS.
