One platform for donations, approvals, HR and projects — single sign-on across every system.
A non-profit was running donations, staff approvals, HR and programme delivery across disconnected spreadsheets and tools, each with its own login. We built one platform with Google single sign-on so staff and volunteers sign in once.
Donations were tracked in spreadsheets, approvals ran over email, HR records sat in another tool, and programme delivery was followed ad hoc. Every system had a separate login, and reporting to the board and donors meant stitching numbers together by hand.
We built a single operations platform with modules for donation management, approval workflows, HR management, project management and reporting — unified under Google single sign-on (Gmail), so staff and volunteers authenticate once across every connected system.
One sign-on replaced a handful of logins. Donation records are fully digitised and searchable. Approval cycles dropped 60%. Board and donor reports are now generated on demand instead of compiled by hand.
Everything our team touches now lives in one place, behind one login. Reporting to the board went from a week of work to a click.
Other businesses, other numbers.

A freight forwarder was processing bills of lading, packing lists, commercial invoices and customs declarations manually. AP, ops and customs staff spent a combined 40 hours/week on data entry. We built a document AI pipeline integrated with their TMS.
