The problem

The catering business was growing 30% YoY but the ops team was capped. WhatsApp orders dropped through the cracks. Invoices were created manually. Repeat customers had to re-send their preferences every time. Generic catering platforms didn't fit their menu structure or accounting.

What we built

We designed and shipped a custom B2B ordering portal: branded experience for corporate buyers, saved preferences, approval workflows, automated invoicing against their existing accounting, and a back-office dashboard for the ops team. Built in 26 weeks; integrated with their POS for real-time menu and availability.
